We provide complete, builder-ready blueprints that integrate the highest modern construction standards, from Autoclaved Aerated Concrete design (AAC) and Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) to passive solar heating and advanced thermal insulation. These self-sustaining systems harness natural forces, regulate internal climates with minimal energy use, and reduce maintenance to near zero. So, you won’t need to worry about constantly adjusting the temperature, soundproofing, moisture, pest, and fire resistance.

Finding & Buying Your Dream Home Plan
Our home plans are presented in an easy-to-use format so you can identify a design to suit your way of life, lot size, and budget, be it a comfortable 3-bedroom haven or a 4-bedroom residence with an optional apartment.
Step 1: Browse & Select a Plan
Browse our curated collection of eco-friendly home designs, each with details like square footage, number of bedrooms and baths, total footprint (TFP), and pricing. Click on a design to see all the specifications, floor plans, construction notes, elevations, and structural details.
Step 2: View Plan Details
Each home plan has its own page where you can drill down into the architectural and structural components. You’ll find:

Roof plans, framing notes & elevation views
Site & foundation details
Builder guidelines
Step 3: Add to Cart & Buy
Once you’ve found a plan that fits your needs, just click Add to Cart and checkout. After you buy, you’ll get the complete digital blueprint set in PDF format, which you can print at high-res up to a legal-size sheet.
Step 4: Work with Builders or Modify the Plan
Your purchased plan is designed for builders. If you have a preferred builder, they can use these plans to start building. Want modifications? You can download a worksheet to make notes on your desired changes before you buy. Scan and send it to us along with any other requirements.
Once we receive your request, we’ll review the feasibility of your modifications and send you a customized quote for the design changes. Once you approve the design agreement, a 70% deposit secures the modification process.
Our design team will work with you to refine every detail so the modifications stay true to the original structure while improving function and aesthetics. Need a clearer visualization? We offer 3D renderings of exteriors, interiors, and kitchen/bath layouts to bring your vision to life.
Once the revised plan is ready, we’ll send you the final draft for your review. You can make any last-minute changes before you pay the balance. Once approved, you’ll receive the ready-to-build construction drawings designed for efficiency, longevity, and ease of construction.
